We aim to rescue threatened or neglected buildings of architectural and historic importance within this locality.This talk is to put some of the buildings that we are dealing with, or have dealt with, into their historical and social context.We start with Anglo Saxon Gateshead and end with Art Deco in Benwell Newcastle.
